PJC Workforce, LLC. is a Veteran-owned small business that provides a variety of services to private companies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and federal agencies in support of Job Corps and related workforce programs.

We provide responsive solutions to solve complex problems, exceed customer expectations, educate, and empower our clients to be more efficient, productive, creative, and successful, while making a positive impact in our space.

PJC Workforce LLC was formed in 2021 to help further the Job Corps program by provided consulting services to private companies, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and federal agencies.

Meet Peter Calvo

Peter J. Calvo is the founder of PJC Workforce LLC. He possesses more than 30 years of Job Corps experience. He has served as a center and corporate manager in support of center finance & administration operations.

As a Federal Manager, he served as Deputy Regional Director, Division Chief of Operations, and Contracting Officer in support of the Job Corps programs. He joined Horizons Youth Services in November 2006 as their VP of Operations and was promoted to President in April 2009. During his time at Horizon, he embraced small business partnerships and successfully expanded small business participation by partnering with various and diverse small businesses.

A former active-duty U.S. Marine, Mr. Calvo volunteers countless hours servicing on his community’s Board of Education, Municipal Planning Board, Rotary Club, and has dedicated himself in support of training and data analysis for the National Job Corps Association (NJCA) and the Job Corps operator community. He has served on the board of directors of the NJCA and the New Jersey School Boards Association.
